Capabilities: Professional / Technical Skills and Knowledge: • Advanced knowledge and demonstrated experience in technical writing within ICT infrastructure, asset management and operational ICT contexts.• Ability to standardise and consolidate documentation across multiple and varied operational ICT business units as well as complex programs. • Demonstrated understanding of ICT architecture artefacts, technical design diagrams, and system configuration documentation. • Demonstrated proficiency with documentation and diagramming tools such as Microsoft M365, SharePoint and Microsoft Visio. Behavioural Capabilities: • Adaptability to changing circumstances and multiple priorities and demands, and resilience while managing a constantly changing environment. • The ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships using verbal and written communication skills to liaise with a broad group of SME and business stakeholders and work collaboratively to provide high quality service. • High attention to detail and commitment to documentation quality. Qualifications:• Experience with Atlassian JIRA/Confluence would be advantageous. • Relevant degree, diploma, certificate, vocational or industry certification in relevant technical fields is highly desirable. • Sound understanding of the ITIL framework or related qualifications would be advantageous.
