What does it mean to be an instructional designer at Netlight? Netlight is growing and changing fast, and Learning & Development is where that capability gets built. As our instructional designer, you are the craft at the centre of a small global L&D team– turning what the business needs to learn into learning that works: well designed, well built, and worth people's time. You work alongside colleagues who own our learning areas end to end, and you make their programmes real. Your days move between designing and building. You structure courses, workshops and self-paced modules around how adults learn, then author the content – including SCORM modules – and set it up in our learning platform and training-management system. You support delivery by preparing materials and facilitators, helping sessions run well, and stepping in to facilitate when it makes sense. You look after the practical detail and the data behind it – scheduling, completions, participation and feedback – and use what it tells you to sharpen the next version. It is a hands-on role with room to grow into owning a learning area of your own. Who you are Around two years' experience in instructional design, learning design or a closely related role – enough to work independently on a brief, with room to keep growing. A relevant background in instructional design, education, learning sciences, educational technology or psychology – whether through a degree, a professional qualification, or equivalent hands-on experience in the field. Solid design craft. You know how adults learn and turn a fuzzy need into clear, well-structured learning. Hands-on tool skills. Comfortable authoring digital content and working with a learning platform; SCORM and authoring tools are familiar, or you pick them up quickly. Confident with AI. You use AI to work faster and produce more, but keep your own critical judgement in charge – checking, questioning and reworking what it gives you. Reliable and collaborative. You keep the moving parts straight and thrive in a small, hands-on team where everyone pitches in. Fluent in English; C1 German is a must. We offer A real say in how a growing company learns – your work is used, not shelved. A close L&D team that sits together, shares openly, and helps each other grow. Room to develop your craft and, over time, to own a learning area of your own. A mentor and a coach to guide your development The backing of a 2,200-strong consultancy, with the feel of a small team inside it. About usNetlight is an international digital consulting firm, helping leading companies to succeed in the digital landscape, from advice to implementation. Working closely with sales leadership, product marketing, and the executive team, you make sure every experience is both unmistakably next-generation and translated directly to the business challenges and goals of the C-level leaders in the room. The work you’ll do:Experience Design & AI-Native StorytellingVisionary narrative: Craft a bold, consistent executive narrative that brings the Celonis vision to life and lands with C-suite audiences.AI-native creation: Build an AI-assisted content engine that drafts, personalizes, and adapts each briefing in real time to the visiting executive’s industry, process data and priorities.Immersive assets: Design tailored, high-impact experiences that feel cinematic, not corporate: presentations, messaging frameworks, scripts, and interactive multimedia.Living Catalog & Session CurationLiving catalog: Own an adaptive, always-current catalog that evolves with every product launch and go-to-market shift — so no session is ever out of date.Narrative architecture: Orchestrate briefing agendas that flow as one cinematic story arc across sessions.Continuous reinvention: Retire what’s stale and prototype what’s next, keeping the catalog at the frontier of Celonis innovation.Immersive Showcase & Demo InnovationExperiential vision: Own the creative vision, relevance, and impact of our interactive EBC showcases end to end.Multisensory showcases: Design digital, touch-driven, and spatial experiences that let executives explore their own process data — haptic, visual, and genuinely fun.Frontier partnerships: Partner with design agencies, creative technologists, and product teams to prototype and deploy net-new immersive experiences — AR/VR, live data visualization, and interactive installations.Flawless delivery: Establish a testing and refresh cadence so every showcase runs flawlessly during high-stakes executive visits.Cross-Functional Collaboration & ImpactSpeaker enablement: Work directly with speakers and subject-matter experts to shape their session narratives and align talking points to briefing goals.Measurement & optimization: Track engagement and briefing feedback, tying immersive experiences to measurable pipeline and deal velocity, and iterate on experience strategy based on what the data shows. The qualifications you need:6+ years in content strategy, experience design, executive communications, or product marketing within B2B technology.Proven experience designing high-stakes executive events, immersive experiences, or briefing programs.Hands-on experience with experiential or immersive marketing, interactive storytelling, or emerging tech (AR/VR, spatial computing, interactive data visualization).Exceptional writing and editing, with a track record of distilling complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.Fluent with generative AI tools — using them to create, personalize, and accelerate experiences, not just to draft.Strong business acumen and a solid grasp of enterprise sales cycles, buyer personas, and regional market dynamics.Skilled at project management and driving alignment across many stakeholders without direct authority. What Celonis can offer you:Pioneer Innovation: Work with the global leader in Process Mining and the Process Intelligence Graph to shape the future of AI-driven business operations.Ownership from Day 1: Every full-time Celonaut is an owner, receiving Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and merit-based refresh grants.Unrivaled Family Support: Benefit from our inclusive parental leave policy—24 weeks of fully paid leave for primary carers and 12 weeks for supporting carers, available from your first day of employment.Work-Life Integration: Enjoy Unlimited PTO (in applicable regions) and generous PTO globally, as well as a flexible hybrid work model that balances remote focus with vibrant office collaboration.Continuous Growth: Elevate your skills through our 70-20-10 learning framework, mentorship programs, and access to a dedicated learning platform.Holistic Well-being: Prioritize your health with subsidized Wellhub memberships, mental health counseling, and dedicated Wellness Weeks that prioritize work/life balance.Drive Sustainability: Participate in annual Impact Days, where you receive paid time off to volunteer for community and environmental causes with your local office, or virtually.Global Inclusion & Belonging: Find community through our Inclusion Think Tank and participate in our annual Inclusion Days, ensuring every voice is heard and valued.Value-Driven Impact: Join a mission-led organization where our core values—Live for Customer Value, The Best Team Wins, We Own It, and Earth Is Our Future—drive every decision.About Us:Celonis makes processes work — for people, companies, and the planet.
How we're different

We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.

The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Come work with us!

Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Guidance on Candidates' AI Usage: Learn about our policy for using AI in our application process.

You will own the service experience end-to-end, build the knowledge base that makes automation possible, and lead a team that is equally comfortable resolving a complex access issue and designing the workflow that prevents it from recurring. What You'll OwnService delivery & experience (~30%)- Own day-to-day IT service quality — ticket handling, SLA adherence, first-contact resolution, and employee-facing experience across onboarding, offboarding, hardware, access, and software.- Ensure first-week readiness for new hires: zero missing permissions, zero login failures, hardware provisioned on time.- Act as the escalation point for complex or cross-functional service issues; triage, resolve, and feed learnings back into the knowledge base.- Track and report on key service metrics: ticket-to-headcount ratio, manual ticket resolution rate, first-week access-gap incidents, and account/login failure rates.Workflow operations & automation (~40%)- Map, document, and continuously improve service workflows — from account provisioning and permission management to hardware deployment and software license assignment.- Drive the team toward zero-touch and automated provisioning: identify manual steps that can be eliminated through rule engines, workflow automation, or self-service tooling.- Work closely with the IT Solutions team to translate repeatable service patterns into deployable automated workflows.- Track automation metrics: account/permission provisioning success rate, average automated deployment time, zero-touch deployment success rate.Knowledge management (~30%)- Build and maintain a structured, searchable knowledge base that captures how things are done — not just for end users, but for the team itself.- Establish a discipline of turning every resolved incident, every new workflow, and every system change into documented knowledge.- Ensure the knowledge base actively reduces inbound ticket volume and supports self-service; measure and report on deflection rates.- Partner with IT Business Partners to stay current on business unit policies, onboarding processes, and access requirements — and reflect those in documentation.Team leadership- Lead, coach, and develop the service team; build capability in both technical operations and knowledge discipline.- Manage workload distribution and escalation paths; maintain team readiness as the business scales across regions.- Contribute to IT asset planning — hardware stock, provisioning lead times by region, and lifecycle tracking. What We're Looking For- 5+ years in IT service / helpdesk / IT operations roles, with 2+ years in a team lead or supervisory capacity.- Strong grasp of IT service management (ITSM) principles and hands-on experience with ticketing and service platforms (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Freshservice, or equivalent).- Proven experience building or significantly improving a knowledge base or documentation system — not just writing articles, but creating a system that others maintain and that measurably reduces ticket volume.- Hands-on with account & access management: Active Directory / Entra ID, SSO/IdP, MDM, Google Workspace or Lark administration.- Practical experience with workflow automation tools (e.g. Zapier, Make, Workato, or scripting) to reduce manual service steps.- Strong data awareness: comfortable tracking service metrics, spotting trends, and using data to make the case for process improvements.- Fluent English (written and spoken) essential for documentation quality, cross-team communication, and stakeholder reporting; working proficiency in Mandarin.- Excellent communicator — able to manage employee expectations, report upward clearly, and collaborate laterally with the Solutions teams.- Exposure to multi-region or cross-border IT service operations.Hard skills- IT service operations & ITSM — resume keywords: ITSM, ticketing system, SLA management, incident management, onboarding/offboarding, account provisioning, MDM, Google Workspace / Lark admin.- Basic data analysis skills to build service dashboards and track KPIs independently.Soft skills- Service mindset with a systems lens — instinct to fix the root cause and build the system, not just close the ticket; resume keywords: process improvement, knowledge management, ITSM, SOP, runbook.- Team coaching & operations management — keeping a team effective, consistent, and growing in a fast-moving environment; resume keywords: team lead, coaching, shift management, SLA ownership, performance tracking.Nice to Have- Experience rolling out or administering an AI-assisted service layer (e.g. IT chatbot, agent-assisted triage).
