About the CompanyYou'll be joining Yard, the AI visibility engine for technical products. When engineers and their leaders ask an AI which tool to use, Yard makes sure our clients' brands come up. We built the platform in-house and it works because frontier models lean on independent third-party content, not brand-owned marketing. Brands like CodeRabbit, Nscale, Cognition, Mobbin and Spacelift use Yard to understand and shape what LLMs recommend, mention and surface. Our Dublin team is small, fast-moving, and building the category. The RoleThis is DevRel turned outward. You've done developer relations, you know the world... now you point that credibility at the people who buy: DevRel leads, product marketers and CMOs in technical product niches. You're perennially online. In the comments on LinkedIn and X, in the Slacks and Discords, at the dinners. Your job is to make Yard the name that comes up when these people talk about AI visibility. What You'll DoEvangelise Yard and our approach to DevRels, product marketers and CMOs across the technical product worldWrite consistently on LinkedIn and X... the odd blog post welcome tooOwn our partnership network: build relationships with agencies, AI visibility partners, DevRel communities, and CMO and marketing communitiesHelp run events... get the right people to dinners and side eventsDrive pipeline through your network and the relationships you buildWhat You'll BringDevRel experience... you've lived in developer communities and speak the languagePerennially online: active daily on LinkedIn, ideally X, and probably a few Slack or Discord communities tooA credible voice in the industry, ideally with a network you can bring with youComfort in a scrappy environment... we have no time for 996 culture, but we expect graft and working smartComfort being public, communicative and community-firstWhat's in it for YouOwn and shape how Yard shows up in the market, with real autonomyWork at the frontier of AI visibility... how LLMs recommend, mention and surface productsGenuine input on product, partners and GTM, not box-ticking€45k starting salary, full-timeWhy This RoleYou're not just evangelising a product... you're shaping how technical brands show up in the age of AI. This role sits at the intersection of developer relations, go-to-market and AI visibility: advocating in the communities you already live in, opening doors through your network, and having a genuine hand in where the product goes next.
