For our client, we are seeking a Sr. UX Writer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $117,587 – $167,982 annually
Responsibilities
Create comprehensive content experiences to guide users effectively
Develop cohesive messaging frameworks aligned with user and business needs
Ensure consistency in voice and tone across product touchpoints
Manage and optimize content within various experience platforms
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance user experiences
Utilize research and analytics to refine content strategies
Mentor colleagues and foster a culture of creativity and learning
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in UX writing or content design
Proficient communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional product teams
Deep knowledge of user-centered design and accessibility
Familiarity with content management systems and AI tools
