Senior Developer Relations Manager - Security and AI Software

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Developer Relations Manager - Security And AI Software to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $224,000 – $356,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expertise in the company software products and serve as a trusted advisor to developers
• Accelerate workloads by integrating the company software stack into partner products and platforms
• Guide developers through onboarding and integration with technical resources to enhance adoption
• Identify growth opportunities in the developer ecosystem and collaborate on adopting strategies
• Engage with partner technical leaders to drive integrations and resolve challenges, fostering innovation
• Activate developer communities around accelerated software, representing products at events and delivering workshops
• Drive API and SDK adoption in the software ecosystem, enhancing the overall developer experience
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, developer relations, or product management, with at least 5 years in observability, data analytics, or security software
• Experience in leading developer programs and partnerships, especially with ISVs
• Deep technical understanding of observability, security, AI software, and related integration contributions
• Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams and delivering technical mentorship or workshops
• Ability to navigate complex technical engagements and collaborate across various internal teams
• Strong skills in simplifying complex technical information for different audiences
