JOB TITLE: Squad Lead & Lead Content Designer - 12 Month FTC
SALARY: £92,701 - £109,060

What you'll be doing
We're looking for someone who is confident leading a team of multidisciplinary designers in a fast-paced delivery setting, as well as working to champion and evolve the Content Design discipline alongside our other Senior Content Designer, within the Segments & Propositions (S&P) platform.
It's an exciting time to join S&P, as we look for new opportunities (including within AI and LLMs) to enable our customers to better understand their financial foundations, and make personalised, educated choices about their financial future.
You love your craft, and take opportunities to champion and enhance the Content and Conversation Design disciplines across the business. You are highly confident and competent designing content in all forms, from basic UI to long-form storytelling, from push notifications to LLM chat.
You're happy applying evidence and insights to influence senior stakeholders, and are equally comfortable collaborating with product and engineering colleagues, managing your design delivery squad on a day-to-day basis, or facilitating cross-team workshops and design crits.
