HR Instructional Designer (with Articulate 360 & Synthesia exp.

About the role:

• The position focuses on designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions using instructional design principles and adult learning theory, while managing multiple projects and engaging stakeholders across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement learning solutions using instructional design principles and adult learning theory
• Create engaging eLearning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and other learning assets
• Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) and LMS platforms to deliver content
• Apply data-driven insights to continuously improve training effectiveness
• Partner with HR and business units to identify training needs and skill gaps
• Develop onboarding programs, compliance training, leadership development, and soft skills workshops
• Ensure training content aligns with company policies, values, and strategic objectives
• Monitor and evaluate training outcomes and provide recommendations for improvement
• Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Education, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design and development, HR training, or a related role
• Strong understanding of learning theories, adult learning principles, and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
• Proven experience in instructional design and eLearning development
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as HeyGen, Synthesia, Pictory, Canva AI, Articulate Rise with AI features
• Proficiency in authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate), LMS platforms, and multimedia editing software
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Supervisory experience and ability to train people with new technologies or tools
• Experience migrating modules from Articulate 360 to Synthesia
