SummaryReporting to the Executive Director, Semantic and Knowledge Engineering, the Associate Director, Semantic and Knowledge Engineering designs, builds, and governs enterprise semantic models, ontologies, taxonomies, business vocabularies, knowledge graphs, metadata services, and semantic APIs. Hands-on experience designing and maintaining ontologies, taxonomies, controlled vocabularies, business glossaries, semantic models, RDF/OWL, SKOS, SPARQL, graph databases, knowledge graphs, metadata catalogs, data lineage, and semantic APIs/services. Experience building semantic assets that enable AI grounding, RAG/GraphRAG, enterprise search, contextual search, reasoning engines, analytics consistency, interoperability, and reusable product capabilities. Nghiên cứu và Kiểm chứng ngôn ngữ (UX Writing Research) Thực hiện A/B Testing: Hỗ trợ thiết lập các bài kiểm tra so sánh giữa hai phương án viết khác nhau để đo lường xem cách diễn đạt nào mang lại tỷ lệ chuyển đổi (conversion rate) cao hơn. Phân tích đối thủ: Nghiên cứu cách các sản phẩm cùng ngành sử dụng ngôn từ, từ đó tìm ra điểm khác biệt và cơ hội để cải thiện tiếng nói của thương hiệu (Tone of Voice). Kiểm tra tính dễ hiểu (Usability Testing): Quan sát cách người dùng đọc và hiểu các chỉ dẫn trên ứng dụng, từ đó phát hiện ra những điểm gây hiểu lầm (friction points) để sửa đổi kịp thời. Quản lý và Phát triển Hệ thống Nội dung (Content System) Duy trì UX Writing Guideline: Hỗ trợ cập nhật bộ quy tắc viết cho sản phẩm, bao gồm: quy định về cách xưng hô, cách sử dụng dấu câu, từ vựng chuyên ngành và phong cách ngôn ngữ (Style Guide). Bản địa hóa & Chuyển ngữ (Localization): Tham gia vào quá trình kiểm soát chất lượng nội dung khi sản phẩm được chuyển ngữ sang các ngôn ngữ khác, đảm bảo ý nghĩa nguyên bản không bị sai lệch theo văn hóa địa phương. Hệ thống hóa thuật ngữ (Glossary): Xây dựng và quản lý bộ từ điển thuật ngữ thống nhất cho toàn bộ sản phẩm để tránh tình trạng một khái niệm nhưng được gọi bằng nhiều tên khác nhau gây bối rối cho người dùng. Báo cáo & Đóng góp sáng kiến Báo cáo tiến độ: Lập báo cáo định kỳ về các hạng mục nội dung đã hoàn thành và hiệu quả của các thay đổi ngôn từ đối với trải nghiệm người dùng. Đề xuất cải tiến: Không chỉ dừng lại ở việc viết theo yêu cầu, bạn được khuyến khích đưa ra các sáng kiến về luồng trải nghiệm (user flow) dựa trên quan điểm của một người làm nội dung.Yêu Cầu Và Điều Kiện Học vấn và Nền tảng Chuyên ngành: Sinh viên năm cuối hoặc mới tốt nghiệp các khối ngành: Ngôn ngữ học, Báo chí & Truyền thông, Tâm lý học, Công nghệ thông tin (định hướng Product), Marketing hoặc các ngành liên quan. Kinh nghiệm: Không bắt buộc có kinh nghiệm làm việc chính thức, nhưng ưu tiên các bạn có Portfolio thực tập hoặc các dự án cá nhân liên quan đến viết lách, blog, hoặc thiết kế giao diện đơn giản.
