Previous experience creating learning, training or digital resources, with examples of content you have developed. A genuine interest in digital learning, eLearning and learning design. Creative thinking and the ability to contribute ideas and potential solutions. Good written communication skills and strong attention to detail. Confidence using digital technology and learning new systems and tools. Experience using Microsoft 365 applications. Good organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple pieces of work at the same time. Ability to take ownership of your workload and work independently when required. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and deadlines can change. An understanding of the importance of creating inclusive and accessible learning experiences for different audiences. Desirable Criteria Previous experience using Articulate 360, including Storyline or Rise. Experience using Synthesia or other video creation and editing tools. Experience using eLearning authoring or digital content creation tools. An understanding of learning design or instructional design principles. Experience working with subject matter experts to develop learning or training resources. Experience using Learning Management Systems. Experience using Microsoft Forms. Experience using AI or emerging technologies to support content creation. Previous experience with Articulate, Synthesia or other eLearning creation tools would be a strong advantage.
