The Senior Technical Writer is an individual contributor role embedded at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience. The right person owns every piece of content that helps our Sales and customers understand, install, integrate with, and get value from Webfleet’s products — across hardware, software, and developer-facing APIs — from first draft through translation, publication, and ongoing maintenance. It is a high-scope, high-ownership role that requires equal comfort with structured authoring tools, developer documentation, project coordination, and stakeholder management. This role sits within the Brand Marketing team and is accountable for the owned brand content strategy end to end: from planning through production and performance. This is a hands-on, executional role backed by strong strategic instincts. The ideal candidate can build a content strategy and then roll up their sleeves to deliver it. They will embed with marketing pods across the organization, translating product marketing and go-to-market strategy into brand strategy that fuels our top of funnel thought leadership engine.
