This role will be responsible for supporting the development, documentation, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as well as ownership of the operations knowledge base platform to enable consistent execution of business processes across the organization. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong writing skills, a keen eye for detail, and an interest in operational excellence.Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000/year, based on experience + bonus potentialLocation - Greenwood Village, CO. 4 days in office, 1 day remoteResponsibilities:SOP Development & Maintenance: Ownership over drafting, formatting, and updating SOPs to ensure clarity, accuracy, and accessibility.Playbook Creation & Maintenance: Support operations leaders in creating and maintaining role-specific playbooks.
