We are looking for a bright and passionate UX Writer (Technical) with the skills below:

The ideal candidate should be able to translate technical concepts into intuitive user guidance while ensuring consistency across the product experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain UX copy, micro-copy, and technical documentation for complex user journeys and workflows.
• Understand diverse user personas and tailor content to their needs and technical proficiency.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to simplify complex solutions through effective content.
• Develop and maintain content standards, terminology, and writing guidelines as part of the Design Language System (DLS).
• Ensure consistency, clarity, accessibility, and usability of content across digital products.
• Review and refine product content based on user feedback and usability insights.

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of UX writing principles, information architecture, and content design.
• Experience writing technical documentation for enterprise or SaaS applications with complex workflows.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and convert them into simple, user-friendly language.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining Design Language Systems and content guidelines.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
