Job Purpose:
1. Create and improve learning resources based on recent updates and targeted subject areas.
2. Organize, deliver, and assess training activities to strengthen skill development and operational efficiency.
3.Prepare structured training and evaluation plans aligned with team objectives and learner requirements.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and enhance learning materials and training modules based on updates and identified needs.
2. Plan and execute training sessions aligned with defined learning objectives.
3. Design and implement evaluation processes to measure training effectiveness and impact.
4.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training gaps and improvement opportunities.
5. Participate in internal and inter-departmental meetings to provide updates, initiate new projects, and gather input from process owners.
6. Cascade information to downline teams to drive task understanding, quality, and timely completion.
Qualification & Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
2. Minimum 4 years of working experience in operational areas (Dipping, Compounding, Packing, Engineering) or training roles.
3. Production Dipping/Production Packing
