Training Needs Analysis,Identify training needs based on new product launches, repair data, repeated repair cases, and feedback from service centers.
Training Plan Management,Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly training plans and follow up on training implementation.
Training Material Development, Develop and maintain training materials, including training PPTs, repair guides, videos, SOPs, and test materials.
New Product Training,Organize technical training for new product launches and ensure service engineers are ready to provide repair services.
Training Delivery,Conduct online and offline technical training, including product knowledge, troubleshooting, repair procedures, and hands-on practice.
Engineer Certification,Organize technical assessments and certification programs and maintain engineers’ training and certification records.
Training Effectiveness Evaluation,Evaluate training effectiveness through training completion rate, test results, engineer feedback, and repair quality, and continuously improve training programs.
Service Center Capability Improvement,Support ESCs, MSCs, and other service partners in improving engineers’ technical skills and overall service capability.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in after-sales service, technical support, or technical training for major home appliances.
Strong technical knowledge of air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, and other white goods.
Good understanding of after-sales service operations and service performance management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; LMS experience is a plus.
Willing to travel frequently.
Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
