Training Specialist

1. Position Purpose

Organize and manage all Training activities to ensure effective, high-quality, and cost-efficient training programs that strongly support all operations of the Group, while ensuring full compliance with the Group’s policies, procedures, and regulations.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Department in developing the Department’s plans and objectives.
  • Establish, guide, and control the implementation of the Company’s training policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance throughout the organization.
  • Organize and coordinate training programs in accordance with identified needs and approved plans; select appropriate and qualified training partners.
  • Design, standardize, and manage training content and materials.
  • Deliver onboarding training for internal employees, as well as training on soft skills and workplace skills.
  • Manage the training budget and evaluate the effectiveness of training plans, programs, and training service providers.
  • Build, develop, and maintain a network of training providers, trainers, and consulting experts; proactively mobilize training resources when required.
  • Coordinate with departments, functions, and internal trainers to organize training courses according to the training plan and ad-hoc requirements of the Company.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Human Resources.

3. Support Activities

  • Provide consultation and support to managers at different levels in career orientation and development for employees, with particular focus on employees with high development potential.
  • Coordinate with the Human Resources Department to develop, manage, and implement short-term and medium-term Training & Development plans in line with the Company’s direction.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Human Resources.


Candidate Requirements

1. Education / Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar position in organizations with more than 500 employees.
  • Good knowledge of Human Resources Management, Training, and Employee Development.
  • Understanding of business operations and modern Training & Development trends is an advantage.
  • Experience in organizing training programs within corporate environments is an advantage.
  • Effective training delivery and presentation skills.
  • Strong skills in planning, analysis, synthesis, and evaluation.
  • Strong ability to develop and prepare training content and materials.
  • Ability to work effectively under high work pressure.
  • Ability to conduct training sessions independently after completing relevant training programs.
