The Training Specialist (Driver Training) at Green GSM designs and delivers specialized learning and development programs exclusively for our driver workforce, covering both New Drivers and Existing Drivers. This role ensures driver operational excellence, adherence to strict safety standards, and the cultivation of a service-oriented growth culture. Reporting to the Training Manager, the specialist oversees the administration of driver modules within the Lotus LMS, develops and updates localized training materials, and tracks post-training performance metrics to consistently enhance service quality and support company business.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business, or related field
2–3 years of experience delivering training to both frontline and office teams
Skilled in designing training materials (slides, guides, microlearning, etc.)
Familiar with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Lotus LMS)
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Good at working with HR, Operations, and other teams
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to submit daily reports
Flexible and proactive in finding solutions to training needs
