Role Overview

Our client seeking high-caliber Technical Writers and Public Essayists to translate dense, theoretical scientific research into compelling, high-profile narratives for a broad public audience.


Operating primarily under an adaptable ghostwriting and collaborative framework, successful candidates will bridge the gap between deep technical expertise and popular media. The core focus of this assignment is to articulate the societal impacts, ethical implications, and governance consequences of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and advanced AI systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Translate Complex Research: Convert highly theoretical and abstract conceptsβ€”such as AGI-to-ASI frameworks, cognitive science, and consciousness modelsβ€”into accessible, public-facing profiles and essays.
  • Societal & Ethical Analysis: Author rigorous pieces detailing the intersection of artificial intelligence, economics, and human society, focusing on topics like cooperative AI and AI alignment.
  • Adaptable Ghostwriting: Write under an adaptable framework, including ghostwriting and collaborating on high-profile guest essays.
  • Topical Synthesis: Rapidly synthesize fast-moving developments in technology policy, AI ethics, and technical shifts into polished, timely prose.

Required Domain Expertise & Qualifications

Candidates must possess a proven track record of writing for top-tier publications, national media, or leading academic essays, alongside deep familiarity in at least one of the following domains:

  • Technology, AI & Data Science: Specifically AI ethics, alignment, policy, and governance.
  • Formal Sciences: Theoretical computer science, mathematics, statistics, or physics.
  • Social Sciences & Policy: Human behavior, science policy, innovation systems, or macro-economics.
