Technical Writer for a Leading Banking Organisation!

Location: London (3 days onsite)

Daily Rate: £416 Umbrella

Duration: Up to 2 years!

Our client, a prominent player in the banking industry, is seeking a talented and motivated Technical Writer to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Translate complex technical information into clear, accessible language for diverse audiences.
• Produce high-quality documentation, including requirement specifications, user guides, and process documentation.
• Collaborate closely with software developers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to gather and analyse complex information.
• Adapt to evolving technology landscapes and changing business requirements effectively.
• Utilise Microsoft Office Suite to create impactful documents, presentations, and relevant artefacts.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven technical writing experience within an IT, software development, or technology-focused environment.
• Experience producing clear, structured documentation for a variety of audiences.
• Knowledge of software development concepts, systems, and technical processes.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities effectively in a technical environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Prior programming experience or a keen interest in understanding software code and technical concepts.
• Familiarity with MS SQL, .Net, C#, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with tools such as MS SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and Jira.
• Background in financial services or a similar regulated environment is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and banking operations.
