What You'll Do
Write and maintain API documentation and developer guides
Create user manuals and help documentation
Develop onboarding content and tutorials
Write release notes and change log documentation
Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical features
Establish documentation standards and style guides
Maintain and improve existing documentation based on user feedback
What You'll Bring
3+ years of technical writing experience
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
Experience with documentation tools (GitBook, Notion, Confluence)
Understanding of API documentation and developer experience
Familiarity with markup languages (Markdown, HTML)
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear instructions
Experience working with engineering and product teams
Nice to Have
Background in software development or technical field
Experience with docs-as-code workflows and version control
Knowledge of information architecture and content strategy
Familiarity with video creation and multimedia documentation
