Technical Writer

• University undergraduate degree or diploma or Ten (10) years of progressive experience in IT.
• A minimum of ten years’ experience understanding of IT infrastructure terminology as it is used in documentation, specifically with those used with networking (LAN/WAN), servers and telephony systems.
• A minimum of ten years’ experience and advanced skills in producing Word, Excel and Visio Pro documents. (ie. MS Office Suite, Adobe, Sharepoint, etc).
• A minimum of ten years’ experience and capacity to produce and review technical documents.
• A minimum of ten years’ experience creating online help files or systems, training packages, etc.
• A minimum of ten years’ experience, knowledge and understanding of software development practices and lifecycle.
• A minimum of ten years’ experience knowledge with ITSG33 or equivalent documented standards.
