Role Description The Technical Writer role at Ogive Technology is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Technical Writer will create, update, and maintain clear and accurate technical documentation, including user manuals, system guides, and process documents for aerospace and defense products. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with engineers, product teams, and subject matter experts to gather technical information, structuring content for multiple audiences, and ensuring all documentation aligns with industry standards and internal quality guidelines. The role also involves editing and revising existing documents, maintaining version control, and supporting documentation for product releases, training materials, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Writing and Technical Communication for complex engineering and software systems.
• Candidates should possess skills in Technical Documentation and Documentation management, including organizing and maintaining document repositories.
• Candidates should possess experience creating Technical Manuals, user guides, and reference documents for technical products.
• Excellent written English, attention to detail, and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple, precise language.
• Experience working with engineering or aerospace/defense teams and familiarity with technical standards or regulatory requirements is an advantage.
• Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., MS Office, PDF authoring tools, wiki or knowledge base platforms); experience with version control or collaborative tools is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, Technical Communication, English, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and manage multiple documentation projects with tight deadlines.
