Netline is a defense-tech company based in the Azrieli Towers, Tel Aviv, developing, manufacturing, and marketing Electronic Warfare (EW) defense systems for security organizations in Israel and around the world.
We're looking for a Technical Writer to join our team and help turn complex engineering work into clear, professional documentation that supports our products in the field. You'll take ownership of preparing, writing, and updating technical documents, with a focus on User Manuals and Assembly Instructions- working closely with our engineering, development, and production teams.
Responsibilities:
Write, edit, and maintain User Manuals and Assembly Instructions in English.
Prepare assembly instructions and assembly kits for the company's products.
Produce illustrations, images, diagrams, and drawings to visualize assembly and operational processes.
Use CAD systems to view, understand, and extract engineering information, and to prepare assembly documentation.
Work with drawings, 3D models, BOMs, and engineering documents.
Gather information from engineers and production staff and translate it into clear, accurate, and user-friendly documents.
Update documents in line with engineering changes and ECO processes.
Work in accordance with quality, configuration, and document control requirements.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of previous experience in technical writing/technical documentation β required.
Very high level of English β fluent and accurate technical writing β required.
Excellent ability to understand engineering information and translate it into clear, well-organized work instructions β required.
Experience reading engineering drawings and documents β required.
Knowledge and experience with CAD for working with models and assemblies and producing content for assembly kits.
Strong proficiency in Office, with an emphasis on Word and VISIO β required.
Familiarity with RF technologies β significant advantage.
Ability to learn complex products and systems independently and quickly.
