The Role
Create clear and concise design/technical documentation for regulatory and quality processes.
Manage documentation submissions into Asset and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM and ALM) systems.
Support process and tool improvements, including creating accessible text and microcopy within design files like Figma.
Manage all UX strings across products to support translation processes.
Help develop and maintain Technical Writing guidelines within UX writing style guidelines.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders within and outside of UX teams, leading the revision process and managing deadlines.
What You'll Need
BA or BS in a discipline related to Technical Writing and the English language (e.g., Business Communications, English) or 1-3 years of related experience.
Exceptional writing and editing capabilities with a high level of competency in writing for a lay user audience.
Ability to understand and communicate complex medical, clinical, and technical concepts, especially in healthcare, life sciences, or diabetes management.
Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with DITA XML-based component content management systems (e.g., Madcap IXIA) and quality management systems (e.g., Arena, Polarion) is preferred.
Familiarity with UX tools such as Framer, Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet is preferred.
