Technical Writer

Qualifications:

• The candidate must have of 4-5 years of technical writing experience
• Knowledge of technical writing with at least two years usage of 2-3 tools (Microsoft Word, Adobe RoboHelp, Confluence Wiki, etc.)
• Has the experience on variety of tools (ARIS, Process Manager, Org 62)
• Has good US English language skills
• Has the ability to interview SMEs independently and confidently
• Has good understanding of FP&A ( a corporate function that drives strategic, data-driven decisions by budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial performance. It bridges finance, operations, and leadership to manage profitability, assess risks, and model future business scenarios)
• Has knowledge of process improvements methodology such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, (DMAIC for existing processes) etc.
• Willing to work onsite (Taguig)/Full RTO 5x a week
• Willing to work night shift (9PM -5AM MNL Time)
• Can start as soon as possible
