Position: Technical Writer

Location: Zurich

Contract: Permanent contract, full-time position

Our teams work closely with leading aerospace organizations to develop high-quality engineering documentation supporting aircraft development, certification, and maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and revise technical documentation for aviation products, including Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM) and Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM).

• Prepare and update instructions for use for medical devices.

• Research technical information and collaborate with different engineering and technical departments to ensure documentation accuracy.

• Manage, review and verify technical documentation produced by external service providers.

• Support the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of editorial guidelines and documentation standards.

Our Ideal Candidate Should Have

• Strong technical understanding and the ability to interpret complex technical information.

• Proven experience in structured technical writing and documentation.

• Good written and spoken German and English skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, combined with the ability to work independently and in a goal-oriented manner.

• Experience with content management systems and previous exposure to aviation technology are considered an advantage.
