✍️ Hiring: Technical Writer – AI Enablement & Governance ✍️

We are looking for a meticulous, process-driven Technical Writer for a role focused on enterprise AI enablement! In this role, you will build foundational knowledge bases, map complex workflows, and document AI policies and playbooks for a leading financial services client.

Role Details:

• Location: Remote (Austin or Dallas, TX preferred)
• Start Date: August 31, 2026
• Pay Rate: $40.52 – $50.00 / hour (W2)

What You’ll Do:

• Design, organize, and maintain AI knowledge platforms in SharePoint and Confluence.
• Author comprehensive process guides, playbooks, FAQs, decision trees, and operating procedures for both technical and non-technical teams.
• Build clear visual process maps, workflow diagrams, and swimlanes using tools like Visio or PowerPoint to illustrate handoffs and governance paths.
• Interview cross-functional SMEs (Data, Tech, Legal, Risk, Compliance) to synthesize technical requirements into clear, standard documentation.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in technical writing, IT documentation, process mapping, or knowledge management.
• Proven proficiency creating and structuring content in Confluence and SharePoint.
• Strong visual documentation skills (process flows, swimlanes) using tools like Visio or PowerPoint.
• Exceptional interviewing, writing, synthesis, and editing skills.

Bonus Points:

• Prior experience documenting AI, Data Governance, Risk, or Compliance workflows.
• Financial services background and experience with Jira.
