Technical Writer: AI Agent Documentation and Knowledge Management!

Are you or know someone who is passionate about turning complex technical concepts into clear, organized, and scalable documentation? Here at Agility Partners, we're looking for a Technical Writer to help build and maintain the knowledge foundation that powers enterprise AI agents and engineering teams.

In this role, you'll create and manage technical documentation, runbooks, standards, knowledge articles, and AI prompt assets while developing taxonomies, metadata structures, and information architecture that make content easy to find and use. You'll collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and technical stakeholders to capture knowledge, maintain documentation quality, and support AI-driven initiatives.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of technical writing experience in software, platform, or infrastructure environments
• Expertise in technical documentation, taxonomy development, and content organization
• Experience with version-controlled documentation and engineering workflows
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, reusable content
• Bonus: Experience with Markdown, YAML, Git, MCP, AI prompts, or LLM-based systems
