Responsible for ensuring that all staff at the center understand, follow, and are proficient in using internal systems and processes. Play a key role in standardizing training materials, digitizing processes within the system, conducting operational quality audits, and improving work performance through regular retraining plans.
Job Description
1. Training Delivery
Organize and deliver training programs on software systems and operational procedures for new and existing employees at the center.
Provide guidance and support to employees during and after training, ensuring they can effectively apply the knowledge and skills acquired to their day-to-day work.
2. Training Materials & Assessment Development
Develop, design, and regularly update a wide range of training materials, including instructional videos, presentation slides, training guides, and printed materials.
Develop question banks, assessments, and practical tests to evaluate employees’ knowledge and skills after training.
3. System & Process Standardization
Collaborate with relevant departments to develop, update, and improve operational procedures related to the company’s IT and software systems.
Ensure that all processes are clearly documented, easy to understand, and practical for the center’s actual operations.
4. Auditing & Training Evaluation
Conduct periodic internal audits to assess employees’ compliance with and implementation of established procedures across departments.
Evaluate training effectiveness, identify common gaps or errors, and develop improvement plans, including retraining when necessary.
5. Other Responsibilities
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the department, including printing documents, ordering office supplies and stationery, and preparing invoices and other relevant documents.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience as a Training Specialist, L&D Specialist, or Operations/System Specialist.
Experience in developing training materials, creating SOPs, and conducting competency assessments.
Strong observation, problem-solving, and quality control (audit) skills.
Proficiency in using management software systems and applying technology effectively in daily work.
Strong teaching, presentation, and knowledge-sharing skills.
Positive attitude, proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
