We're currently expanding our team and have multiple for experienced Instructional Designers to support a high-profile Google learning programme. This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale cloud learning initiatives for one of the world's leading technology companies.

The Role

As an Instructional Designer, you'll work alongside learning architects, project managers and subject matter experts to design and develop high-quality digital learning experiences for Google Cloud learners worldwide.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for taking technical content and transforming it into engaging, learner-focused experiences using modern instructional design methodologies and authoring tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs analysis and define learning objectives
• Design course structures, learning journeys and storyboards
• Develop engaging digital learning content using Articulate Rise
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
• Collaborate with SMEs, Learning Architects and project teams
• Ensure content is technically accurate, engaging and instructionally effective
• Review content, incorporate feedback and manage revisions efficiently
• Maintain high quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement across learning projects

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years' experience as an Instructional Designer in a corporate or technical learning environment
• Strong experience building eLearning with Articulate Rise (essential)
• Experience designing technical or cloud-related learning content - desired
• Excellent understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
• Experience working on large-scale or global learning programmes
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workload
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
