Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Staff Information Developer to take a leading role in the ways users find, comprehend, integrate, and work with silicon platforms.

You will drive fast paced content projects, evolve content strategy and information architecture, prioritise, and develop scalable approaches that improve customer experience across programs.

You will be joining a new collaborative team, establishing our vision of engaging content, built using innovative ways. We champion positive interactions across various functions, including architecture, engineering, and product groups to acquire and verify technical accuracy and completeness. We develop and promote standards and processes for scalable content development and tooling beyond the immediate team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead content development for silicon projects, planning and driving activities from requirements through customer delivery.
  • Independently identify content risks, gaps, dependencies, and opportunities; prioritise; and drive practical solutions without waiting for direction.
  • Bring creative and innovative thinking to challenging content and customer problems and challenge established approaches constructively.
  • Mentor and coach other Information Developers, sharing expertise in a wide range of capabilities.

Key Skills And Experience

  • Strong content planning, information architecture, user-centred content design, and content-strategy judgement, including leadership of larger technical content projects.
  • High proficiency in modern content development approaches and tooling, including docs-as-code and Git-based workflows.
  • Ability to make informed decisions in ambiguity and independently set priorities for yourself and contributors.
  • Influence technical participants by challenging assumptions, reconciling conflicting viewpoints, and driving agreement without direct authority.
  • Experience in mentoring and improving wider team capability.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with silicon, SoCs, platforms, embedded systems, or related technical domains.
  • Broad awareness of Arm technologies and the silicon development ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of structured authoring, componentised content models, automated generation, content analytics, or AI-assisted workflows.

A relevant engineering, computer science, or technical communications degree may be useful, but equivalent technical experience is equally valuable.

In Return

This role offers the opportunity to lead complex silicon content work, influence how technical information is crafted and consumed, and establish scalable practices that extend beyond an individual program. You will have autonomy to set priorities, address systemic problems, mentor others, and shape the evolving information experience.
