Next Level Growth (NLG) is a U.S.-based marketing agency looking for a highly creative and organized Social Media Content Strategist based in Brazil.
This is not a basic posting or community-management position.
We need someone who understands what makes content interesting, relevant, and shareable—someone who can research industries, identify strong content opportunities, develop original ideas, and turn those ideas into engaging short-form video scripts.
Our clients include plastic surgeons, medical spas, construction companies, and other service and professional businesses.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Research clients, competitors, audiences, industry trends, and relevant topics
• Find strong content ideas and viral formats that can be adapted to each client
• Write engaging short-form video scripts with strong hooks, clear structure, and calls to action
• Build monthly content strategies and content calendars
• Write captions and supporting social media copy
• Organize ideas, scripts, references, and production instructions for the creative team
• Review content and provide clear direction to editors and designers
• Perform basic video editing and photo adjustments when needed
• Upload, organize, and manage content across our internal systems
• Keep projects moving and consistently meet deadlines
• Work across different client accounts without losing attention to detail
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Strong writing, research, and creative-thinking skills
• A clear understanding of short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
• Ability to recognize strong hooks, storytelling structures, trends, and viral content formats
• Ability to generate original ideas instead of copying competitors or depending entirely on AI
• Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
• Basic video-editing and photo-editing abilities
• Experience with tools such as Canva, Notion, GoHighLevel, Google Drive, Meta Business Suite, and similar platforms
• Ability to learn new systems and follow established workflows
• Ability to receive direct feedback, make revisions quickly, and maintain a high standard
• Reliable communication and professional accountability
• Ability to work with English-language content
WHO WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
We are looking for an A-player: someone proactive, resourceful, accountable, and genuinely interested in producing excellent work.
You should be able to receive a topic and independently research it, find a compelling angle, write an engaging script, organize the deliverable, and submit it on time.
This role is not a good fit for someone who needs constant supervision, submits generic AI-generated scripts, repeatedly misses deadlines, or waits to be told every individual step.
