Senior Technical Writer

About the Role

We're looking for a technical writer to own the documentation layer of our product — from technical software manuals and design specs to user-facing guides. You'll work closely with the product and engineering team to turn complex functionality into clear, accurate, and usable documentation.

What You'll Do

• Write and maintain technical software manuals and design specifications
• Create and maintain user guides, onboarding docs, and how-to content
• Work directly with developers and product leads to keep documentation accurate as the product evolves
• Translate technical/engineering detail into content usable by both technical and non-technical audiences
• Establish documentation standards and structure as the product scales

What We're Looking For

• Strong, demonstrable experience writing technical software manuals, design specs, and/or user guides
• Ability to work closely with engineering/product teams and translate technical detail accurately
• Excellent written English and strong attention to detail and structure
• Based on the East Coast (US) with strong overlap during East Coast business hours
• Must be authorised to work in the United States
