WHAT YOU DO
1. Company Learning and Development (L&D) Programs
- Provide information and guidance to employees on L&D-related processes and policies
- Perform training evaluation, data analysis, and develop training reports
- Be in charge of 3 main programs: Core Professional Skills, Internal Trainer Development, Management and Leadership Development.
- Work with internal trainers to prepare Course Information and facilitate classes.
- Analyze, plan, operate and report all of these training programs
- Be the contact points of these programs.
- Maintain records of all training-related activities
- Other relevant tasks may be assigned from time to time
2. English Training Program
- Be in charge of English Learning Need Registration and scheduling, monitoring the operations of English Learning Programs, and planning.
- Oversee the New Hire English Assessment and Candidate tests
- Cooperate with English Training Specialist to develop training plan and courses.
- Be in charge of planning and organizing the CBTW English Level Assessment for all employees and being the contact point for all English training and Assessment related.
- Work on developing English Tests project to assess English level via Moodle platform.
3. Training Events:
- Help in reviewing the proposed training budget for L&D Events
- Review the developed Action Plans and implementation with L&D members
- Support coordination with the Communications Team to organize and host the events when needed
- Support and Collaborate with L&D team members to ensure a smooth administration process
4. Team Management
- Assist and supervise junior/less senior team members
- Provide continuous support and guidance to less senior colleagues through regular training, coaching activities and support them in fulfilling their personal development plans
5. Training Reports: be in charge or assist in different kinds of reports
- Weekly Training Reports
- Monthly Training Reports
- Ad Hoc Reports
- Insight Gathering and Data Analytics
6. ISO 27001 Alignment:
- Assist the L&D Manager / Director in the implementation of ISMS for the L&D Team
- Perform monthly permission and asset availability review
- Implement and Monitor Annual ISMS Awareness Training both for new hires and refresher course
7. Continuous improvement:
- Assist the L&D Projects in continuously enhancing training services
- Collect and convey feedback while contributing ideas to improve the current processes and policies
- Stay updated on L&D innovation, best practices, and future trends
WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE
- Relevant knowledge of L&D Concepts and skills
- Knowledge and experience of Adult Learning Cycle (ADDIE) - TNA, Content Design & Development, Training Delivery and Implementation & Evaluation
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar L&D position (Experience in the IT/software industry is a plus)
- Proficient in course development software and at least one Learning Management System
- Strong project management skills and relevant methodologies and tools
- Fluent in English (minimum B2+ level) with excellent business writing skills
- Enjoy collaborating with others and providing a positive experience
- Proficient with office applications (MS, Google)
- Strong logical thinking and keen attention to detail
- Thrive in a team environment
- Highly organized, self-motivated, confident, hardworking, meticulous, and proactive. Willingness to coach, mentor, and train less senior colleagues
- Awareness of ISO:27001 standard and understanding of CBTW APAC ISMS through internal/ external training courses (awareness training & refresh training)
