What The Role Is

[Hiring Cluster’s Description & Reporting Lines]

The Corporate Services (CS) cluster has 4 main functions:

(i) Finance manages PSD’s annual budget and ensures optimal allocation of financial resources;

(ii) Knowledge Management (KM) oversees record management as well as documentation of past policies to facilitate our decision-making;

(iii) Procurement advises on procurement matters to facilitate value creation; and

(iv) Admin oversees workplace management.

What You Will Be Working On

[Specific Job Responsibilities]

As a KM officer, your key responsibilities include planning, administering and developing PSD’s records management (RM) policies and KM capabilities. Together with the KM team, you will also execute process changes through culture intervention to encourage new ways of working and to reinforce the right behaviours and mindset shifts. Your responsibilities will also cover the following:



  • Work closely with the IT Team to drive digital solutions to automate KM processes and procedures where possible.
  • Drive a smooth deployment of new solutioning through change management and the adoption of digital levers to enhance work productivity/efficiency.
  • Plan and conduct stakeholder engagement and outreach activities on RM and KM initiatives.
  • Play a key role in ensuring that PSD’s KM assets are well-governed through the implementation of robust policies and frameworks.
  • Manage the day-to-day registry operations.
  • Work closely with National Archives of Singapore on the records management statutory requirements for retention, preservation and declassification of records.
  • Ensure the safekeeping and easy retrieval of records.

    Work Experience Required
  • At least 2 years of experience in records management or registry work.
  • Familiarity and experience in Taxonomy will be advantageous. This entails having a firm understanding of classifying content into logical filing structures in a way that is useful to stakeholders.
