Must haves:

• 10+ years in a senior leadership role
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in data modeling and information classification at the enterprise level
• 10+ years working with information architecture frameworks, models, taxonomies, and ontologies
• A strategic mindset — you connect data work to business value and financial outcomes
• A track record of driving data-driven decision-making through innovative strategy
• Experience managing relationships across technology, operations, and business stakeholders
• Comfort assessing financial, human, and customer impact

Nice to have:

• TOGAF certification
• MBA
