Role: Senior Content Designer (UX Content Design)
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid β 4 days/week onsite)

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Content Designer to create clear, customer-focused content experiences across digital products and platforms. This role is ideal for a strategic content professional with exceptional writing, editing, and UX content design skills who thrives in cross-functional product teams.
The successful candidate will collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to simplify complex concepts into intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver content experiences for digital products, websites, applications, and prototypes.
- Create, edit, and proofread high-quality content with exceptional attention to detail.
- Apply user-centered design principles to produce accessible, customer-focused content.
- Translate complex business and technical information into simple, meaningful experiences.
- Participate throughout the product development lifecycle, including:
- Product discovery and ideation
- User research
- Feature planning and estimation
- Design execution
- Post-launch evaluation
- Collaborate closely with UX Designers, Product Owners, Engineers, and Experience Design Leads.
- Develop content strategies aligned with business objectives and brand standards.
- Conduct content reviews and recommend improvements based on customer needs and usability findings.
- Support presentations, communications, and stakeholder workshops.
- Provide subject matter expertise on content design and contribute to enterprise initiatives.
- Identify risks, recommend solutions, and manage multiple priorities independently.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, accessibility standards, and governance requirements.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in:
- UX Content Design
- Content Strategy
- Digital Content Design
- Content Writing
- Advanced writing, editing, and proofreading skills with expert-level English proficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to create audience-focused content that simplifies complex concepts.
- Strong content strategy, planning, and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience working within agile product development environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
