This paper (arXiv 2508.19611v3, the latest version; ECAL 2026) presents Instructional Agents, a multi-agent LLM framework structured around the Analyze, Design and Develop phases of ADDIE, in which role agents (teaching faculty, instructional designer, teaching assistant and others) generate syllabi, LaTeX slides, lecture scripts and assessments under four modes of human involvement; it is evaluated on five university courses with human and LLM reviewers. The v3 full text describes text and LaTeX generation only, with no operation of a GUI, browser or device. Proposed decision: exclude as out of scope, consistent with the pending DECKBench exclusion of slide-generation work.
