AI Content Operations Strategist - Technical Writer

Remote, Ireland | €71,000+ pro rata | Contract until 31 December 2026 (with potential extension)

We're looking for an AI Content Operations Strategist to join a customer help and education team supporting a globally used digital platform.

This is a fast-paced role focused on improving chatbot performance, customer support experiences, and AI-powered content.

You'll work across a wide range of topics, from user support and privacy to policy and platform features, helping identify issues, improve solutions, and deliver a better experience for millions of users.

What Will I Be Doing Day to Day?

• Investigating chatbot issues and performing root cause analysis to identify and resolve problems quickly.
• Reviewing feedback and support trends to uncover actionable insights.
• Optimising content for AI-powered systems, including RAG-based experiences.
• Creating, updating and improving help centre and support content.
• Managing chatbot prompt updates and supporting automation initiatives.
• Working closely with Engineering, Legal and other cross-functional teams to resolve user-facing issues.
• Contributing to AI-focused projects, testing new approaches and helping scale support operations.
• Managing multiple high-priority tasks while meeting tight service level expectations.

What Makes Me Eligible to Apply?

You'll have at least 2 years' experience in content strategy, technical writing, content operations or a similar field, along with some exposure to Generative AI, chatbots or AI-enabled content.

You're a strong communicator who enjoys tackling ambiguous problems, building relationships across teams, and finding practical solutions in a constantly changing environment.

Experience with CMS platforms, Jira, customer support content, digital products or working alongside engineering teams would be highly beneficial. Most importantly, you're proactive, resourceful and comfortable taking ownership with minimal supervision.

This opportunity is a contract until Dec 31st 2026, remote (candidtaes must be based and have full right to work in Ireland) paying from €71,000 per annum pro rata. To hear more about this position or to discuss your suitability, please apply today!
