Mechanical Assembler & Product Documentation Specialist

Redler Technologies is looking for a technically skilled Mechanical Assembler & Product Documentation Specialist to join our team in Kfar Saba.

We develop and manufacture advanced motor controllers, power management systems, and smart circuit protection solutions tailored to the unique requirements of the defense and industrial markets.

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual with a technical background, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to support both product assembly and technical documentation processes.

• Practical Engineering diploma in Electronics or Mechatronics
• Up to two years of experience in a similar technical role – an advantage
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics
• Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent hands-on technical skills
• Basic understanding of electronic components
• Experience in mechanical assembly – an advantage
• Background in an IDF technological unit – a significant advantage

• Perform mechanical assembly of prototypes and products under development
• Test and validate products throughout the different development stages
• Conduct functional testing at both system and circuit-board levels
• Write, update, and maintain work instructions and product documentation
• Support NPI processes and the transfer of products from development to production
• Work closely with the R&D, Engineering, and Production teams
• Document findings and prepare technical reports
• Assist with troubleshooting and improving assembly and production processes

• Strong hands-on technical abilities
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• The ability to work accurately according to drawings and technical instructions
• Strong learning capabilities and a proactive approach
• The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
