Manager, Content Strategy & Operations

Seeking a senior content leader with expertise in Content Strategy, Content Operations, SEO, Analytics, and Generative AI. This role will build scalable content frameworks, governance standards, and AI-enabled processes while partnering with marketing, editorial, SEO, and business stakeholders to improve content quality, consistency, and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain content frameworks, playbooks, governance models, and editorial standards.
• Drive content quality, consistency, and operational efficiency across teams.
• Identify content gaps, optimization opportunities, and content performance trends.
• Leverage SEO, semantic search, AEO, and analytics to guide content strategy.
• Create and optimize AI-enabled content workflows, prompts, and LLM-based solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and provide content strategy guidance.
• Develop presentations, templates, and enablement materials.
• Manage content initiatives using Asana or similar tools.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Content Strategy, Content Operations, Editorial Strategy, or Content Marketing.
• Experience building content governance frameworks, playbooks, standards, or scalable content processes.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, semantic search, content analytics, and content optimization.
• Hands-on experience with SEMrush, Google Search Console, AEO analytics, or similar tools.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI-enabled content workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within a large enterprise or regulated environment.

Preferred:

• Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or other regulated industry experience.
• Editorial, Journalism, Publishing, or Enterprise Content Strategy background.
