About the Role
As an LXD Video Designer, you will support the next phase of our learning, assessment, onboarding, readiness, and platform work. The role will work closely with LXD, trainers, SMEs, Quality and Platform/Engineering teams to create engaging and high-quality visual/video experience.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Hiring assessment content and candidate guidance
- Baseline and onboarding learning
- Train-the-Trainer content
- Skills-based and reusable learning
- Platform/tool training for systems such as iCAP, XConnect, DART and DAP
- Interactive learning experiences, including knowledge checks, branching and feedback
- Video maintenance as platforms, processes and requirements evolve
WHAT YOU BRING
- Professional experience with video production and/or editing
- Strong portfolio of video or multimedia work
- Ability to turn complex information into clear visual content
- Strong visual storytelling and storyboarding skills
- Experience with video editing, graphics, animation, screen recording or similar tools
- Comfortable using or learning new AI-enabled production tools, especially Synthesia
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with SMEs and incorporate feedback
- Comfortable learning and using new AI-enabled production tools
- Experience in AI/LLM operations or data annotation
Preferred
- Training, educational or technical video experience
- Interactive video/e-learning experience
- Familiarity with SCORM/LMS environments
- Scribe or similar process-documentation tools
- Assessment, onboarding or readiness-content experience
