About the Role

As part of our marketing hub in Madrid, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate localization and quality assurance of our marketing assets, product and digital content, delivering consistent, high-quality outputs across languages, markets and channels in line with brand and content standards.

Responsibilities

  • Review and adapt localized campaign assets, product content, websites, marketing materials and documentation, coordinating specialist language input where needed.
  • Ensure linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance and market appropriateness of all localized content.
  • Perform QA reviews across content, creative assets and digital executions, covering text, messaging, tone, layout, formatting, consistency, web, campaigns and platform outputs.
  • Validate translations, including AI assisted content, against approved source material for meaning, completeness, terminology and brand tone of voice.
  • Check published or preview content across CMS, DAM and campaign tools for formatting, layout, links, calls to action and correct language versions.
  • Record and prioritize localization and QA issues, working with translators, content creators, designers and campaign teams to resolve them before deployment.
  • Maintain and apply glossaries, localization guidance and QA checklists, using recurring issues to improve workflows and reduce rework.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Linguistics, Communications, Marketing or related field preferred.

Required Skills

  • Experience in localization, linguistic review or content QA, ideally in marketing or digital content. Experience checking finished assets across languages, markets and channels is an advantage.
  • Strong language and proofreading skills, including grammar, spelling, tone and consistency.
  • Ability to review language quality in your working languages and coordinate qualified reviewers for other markets.
  • Strong attention to detail across text, formatting and visual alignment.
  • Understanding of brand guidelines, tone of voice and content standards.
  • Familiarity with CMS, DAM, marketing automation tools or digital content platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple QA tasks across channels, formats and languages.
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to documenting, prioritizing and resolving QA issues.
  • Good collaboration and communication skills across content, design, campaign and market stakeholders.
  • Practical familiarity with AI assisted review tools, with the judgment to verify findings against source material and recognize errors these tools may miss.
  • Fluent business English required, with additional languages an advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience checking finished assets across languages, markets and channels is an advantage.
  • Additional languages beyond fluent business English are an advantage.

Compensation package

  • Health insurance
  • Flexible remuneration (childcare ticket, transport ticket, restaurant ticket)
  • Flexible schedule
  • Remote working days
