Learning & Knowledge Management Solution Designer

Temporary assignment | 40 hours | Eindhoven region | Hybrid (3 days on site) | Oct 2026 – Apr 2027

About the assignment

On behalf of a leading international high-tech organisation in the Eindhoven region, we are looking for a Learning Solution Designer. You will join the Learning & Knowledge Management team within the IT & Data organisation, where operational quality is continuously improved through a framework of processes, standards and guidelines.

This is a temporary assignment covering maternity leave. It is a broad role: alongside hands-on design and development, you will carry a clear learning architecture component. Learning requests come in from across the IT & Data organisation, and you own the trajectory from there β€” running learning needs analysis sessions with stakeholders, defining learning objectives, and determining the right intervention (e-learning, instructor-led, or something else entirely) before building and deploying it.

What will you be doing?

  • Running learning needs analysis sessions and translating business questions into concrete learning objectives
  • Determining the most effective intervention per request and designing the corresponding solution
  • Building digital learning solutions, e-learning modules, job aids and learning journeys in Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline 360
  • Publishing and maintaining content in the LMS (Cornerstone OnDemand) and the LXP (Edcast), in close collaboration with the Learning Shared Services team
  • Curating existing content from LinkedIn Learning and Pluralsight into coherent learning pathways on the LXP (you will follow a short internal training to obtain curator rights)
  • Coordinating with subject matter experts across IT & Data and facilitating stakeholder alignment sessions
  • Managing end-to-end learning development, from analysis through to deployment
  • Tracking learner progress, adoption and feedback
  • Supporting communication campaigns and learning spotlights that promote available learning offerings
  • Maintaining learning documentation, learning paths and curriculum structures

What you will work on

Your main focus will be a large-scale IT transformation programme, combining e-learning and instructor-led sessions. Alongside this, you will contribute to an architect excellence programme with a new cohort starting next year, and to a graduate programme featuring technical learning tracks.

The team

The Learning & Knowledge Management team counts around 10 to 15 people and works in a matrix structure, meaning you will operate in virtual teams alongside colleagues from across the organisation. Within the transformation programme, the workstream covering learning, knowledge, onboarding and communication is of a similar size.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's or Master's level of working and thinking, with solid relevant experience
  • At least 5 years' experience in Learning & Development, Learning Design and Instructional Design
  • Hands-on experience with Articulate Rise 360 or Storyline 360 β€” experience with both is a strong plus
  • Experience designing both instructor-led and digital learning solutions
  • Experience within a multinational or comparably large, complex organisation; you are comfortable operating at that scale and across matrix structures
  • Experience working with business stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Comfortable running multiple learning projects at the same time
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent command of English (the working language within the organisation)

An IT or Data background is explicitly not required β€” your L&D expertise is what counts. Experience gained in other complex technical environments, such as manufacturing, is equally welcome.

What do we offer?

  • A temporary assignment from the beginning of October 2026 until 30 April 2027
  • 40 hours per week, regular day shift, with a structured handover from the current post holder
  • Hybrid working: 3 days per week on site
  • A broad, autonomous role with genuine ownership over the full learning lifecycle
  • An international, technology-driven working environment in the Brainport region
  • Personal guidance from Trinamics throughout your assignment
