Job Description

Build learning experiences people actually want to use. In this role, you'll turn real business needs into modern, performance-focused learning that's practical, engaging, and accessible. You'll create video-first content, interactive modules, and simulation-style practice that helps learners build confidence on the job. You'll experiment with emerging tools and workflows to prototype quickly while maintaining strong standards for accuracy and quality. As a Learning experience designer, multimedia and interactive in the service talent enablement team, you will design and build learner-centered multimedia and interactive experiences that support performance and engagement. You will partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate complex content into clear, practical, visually compelling learning assets. You will own the work end-to-end, from discovery through launch readiness, using artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled workflows to accelerate prototyping and iteration while maintaining high standards for accuracy, accessibility, and craft.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and produce video-first learning, motion graphics, interactive modules, and simulation-style practice experiences (e.g., branching scenarios, guided decision practice, clickable walkthroughs)
  • Lead end-to-end development from discovery through launch readiness, including scripting, storyboarding, prototyping, production, quality checks, and accessibility validation
  • Prototype interactive learning assets rapidly using AI-assisted workflows and lightweight coding practices (for example, rapid β€œvibe coding” approaches)
  • Build interactive practice activities that include clear guidance, meaningful feedback loops, and opportunities for realistic decision-making
  • Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to clarify performance outcomes, audience needs, constraints, and success measures
  • Translate complex information into engaging narratives, visuals, and practice opportunities that support on-the-job performance
  • Apply learning science principles pragmatically (for example, managing cognitive load and designing effective practice and feedback)
  • Manage multiple projects in parallel, independently driving timelines, prioritization, and stakeholder communications
  • Iterate based on feedback and light testing to improve clarity, usability, and learner engagement
  • Ensure learning outputs meet accessibility and inclusive design expectations (for example, captions, transcripts, keyboard navigation, and color contrast)

Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

  • Demonstrated portfolio of multimedia learning assets with strong emphasis on video and interactive or simulation-style experiences (beyond slide-based learning)
  • Demonstrated ability to create modern digital learning deliverables, including video-based learning, interactive prototypes, and scenario-based practice experiences
  • Working knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to apply them to multimedia and interactive learning design
  • Demonstrated skill in stakeholder management, including setting expectations and incorporating feedback professionally
  • Demonstrated storytelling ability that turns complex information into clear, engaging learning narratives and practice
  • Proficiency with multimedia production tools (for example, video editing, audio cleanup, and visual design tools)
  • Basic HTML literacy (ability to read and edit simple HTML and troubleshoot common issues for interactive learning assets)
  • Comfort using AI-assisted workflows to prototype and refine interactive learning experiences efficiently
  • Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, composition, and pacing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design practices, including familiarity with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) concepts

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

  • Experience in user experience or product design (for example, interaction design, usability principles, and prototyping patterns)
  • Experience designing performance-based practice and assessments (for example, decision-making scenarios and feedback-driven evaluation)
  • Experience creating templates, patterns, or standards that scale multimedia and interactive production
  • Familiarity with simulation authoring platforms or rapid interactive prototyping tools
  • Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes
