What you will do

  • Research assigned topics
  • structure modules and lessons
  • write instructor and learner content
  • create exercises, quizzes and case studies
  • convert SME inputs into clear learning material
  • revise content after review
  • maintain templates and version control
  • support recording and LMS readiness.

What you must bring

  • 2–5 years in instructional design, educational content, e-learning, curriculum development or related work
  • strong writing
  • understanding of adult learning
  • comfort using AI tools for research and drafting
  • ability to work to templates and deadlines.
