Location: Noida (On-site) / Hyderabad (Initially Remote; should be open to working from the Hyderabad office)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Instructional Designer to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in corporate learning and instructional design and should have worked with US-based companies or directly with US clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging and effective learning experiences for corporate learners.
• Develop learning objectives, course outlines, storyboards, assessments, and other instructional design deliverables.
• Work closely with SMEs, eLearning Developers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze content and convert complex information into clear, learner-friendly training materials.
• Ensure learning solutions align with client requirements, learning objectives, and industry standards.
• Review and incorporate feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects and deliverables while meeting deadlines.
• Communicate and collaborate with US-based clients/stakeholders as required.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in corporate Instructional Design.
• Experience working with US-based companies or directly with US clients is required.
• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Hands-on experience creating storyboards, learning objectives, assessments, and training content.
• Experience with corporate training/eLearning projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, research, and content-development skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Flexible to work in India and US hours based on project requirements.
