Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Instructional Designer to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in corporate learning and instructional design and should have worked with US-based companies or directly with US clients.
Key Responsibilities
Design engaging and effective learning experiences for corporate learners.
Develop learning objectives, course outlines, storyboards, assessments, and other instructional design deliverables.
Work closely with SMEs, eLearning Developers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders.
Analyze content and convert complex information into clear, learner-friendly training materials.
Ensure learning solutions align with client requirements, learning objectives, and industry standards.
Review and incorporate feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.
Manage multiple projects and deliverables while meeting deadlines.
Communicate and collaborate with US-based clients/stakeholders as required.
Requirements
6β8 years of experience in corporate Instructional Design.
Experience working with US-based companies or directly with US clients is required.
Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
Hands-on experience creating storyboards, learning objectives, assessments, and training content.
Experience with corporate training/eLearning projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent analytical, research, and content-development skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Flexible to work in India and US hours based on project requirements.
