About the Opportunity:

The KNOWLEDGE MANAGER - TECHNICAL WRITER/TRAINING ENABLEMENT role is designed to support and lead knowledge management efforts within the managed services team. This position drives the development, organization, and communication of knowledge assets and leads initiatives to improve knowledge sharing, process efficiency, and training. The role contributes by enhancing knowledge capture and dissemination, which supports operational quality and organizational growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, standardize, and implement knowledge management strategies and processes aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with business leadership to execute strategic knowledge management initiatives.
  • Design and implement business and knowledge management processes, systems, and tools for efficient knowledge capture and retrieval.
  • Analyze business processes to identify efficiency improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Identify and apply best practices for knowledge sharing, retention, and collaboration.
  • Work with subject matter experts to document tacit knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned.
  • Measure effectiveness of knowledge sharing initiatives using metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Provide guidance and training on knowledge management practices and tools.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to foster a knowledge-sharing culture.
  • Research emerging trends and technologies to recommend innovative knowledge management solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement and integrate knowledge management platforms.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or 7+ years of work experience.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, managed services, or operational support teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expertise in English grammar and business documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Experience with business analysis, process improvement, or online learning is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting, workflows, or knowledge management is advantageous.
  • Experience with documentation or communication tools is a plus.
  • Experience in video content or walkthrough creation is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methods and change adoption is a plus.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is desirable.
  • Background in managed services, IT operations, or enterprise service management is helpful.


Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • Salary range: $63,500 to $88,880 depending on experience and skill set.
  • Annual bonus target subject to terms and conditions of the plan.
  • Salary ranges may vary based on geographic location.
