Provide hands-on operational support for HR knowledge content, SharePoint, and AI-enabled employee experiences while building deeper knowledge architecture and agent-development capability.
Primary Responsibilities
Complete content updates, page builds, tagging, metadata changes, link checks, and content retirement using established standards and review processes.
Support site, library, page, navigation, and permissions maintenance in SharePoint.
Perform content inventories and audits; identify duplication, outdated content, gaps, and ownership issues.
Execute defined Copilot and agent test cases, document results, and make approved content or configuration adjustments.
Review agent-generated content recommendations, metadata changes, quality findings, and workflow outputs; validate accuracy and apply established approval and escalation rules before changes are published.
Help monitor usage and quality data and prepare clear findings for the Senior Knowledge Management Architect and Senior Manager.
Support intake and coordination with HR content owners and track work through completion.
Build proficiency in taxonomy, information architecture, Power Automate, content analytics, AI agent configuration, workflow monitoring, and human-in-the-loop review under guidance.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience creating, editing, or maintaining content in a global, corporate environment; HR experience is helpful but not required.
Working knowledge of SharePoint Online, including pages, libraries, permissions, navigation, and metadata required.
Understanding of content lifecycle management, findability, and basic information architecture principles.
Strong writing, editing, proofreading, organization, and attention to detail.
Comfort learning and testing Copilot, AI agents, Power Automate, and related Microsoft 365 tools, including reviewing automated outputs and identifying when human intervention is required.
Ability to follow standards, manage assigned work with moderate independence, and communicate clearly with content owners and partners.

Escalates architecture, risk, platform, and cross-functional decisions to the Senior Knowledge Management Architect or Senior Manager.
