We are partnering with one of the world’s most influential online community platforms to find a Knowledge Graph Curator who will help improve how large-scale content is understood using AI and machine learning. Knowledge Graph Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Knowledge Graph Expert to help maintain, improve, and expand a large-scale Knowledge Graph that powers machine learning systems, content understanding, and business-critical products.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of structured data, taxonomy management, and entity curation, combined with a passion for data quality and accuracy.

As a Knowledge Graph Expert, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure entities, relationships, and metadata are accurately represented and consistently maintained. Your work will directly contribute to improving content understanding, automated classification systems, and downstream analytical products.

Key Responsibilities

• Create new Knowledge Graph entities and maintain existing ones by updating titles, descriptions, relationships, taxonomy domains, and metadata.
• Review and validate automated entity suggestions generated by AI/ML systems, accepting, refining, or rejecting candidates as appropriate.
• Process onboarding requests from internal stakeholders and external partners while meeting established service-level expectations.
• Apply curation standards and governance guidelines to ensure data consistency, accuracy, de-duplication, and production readiness.
• Identify data quality issues, suggest process improvements, and report system bugs or enhancement opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to improve Knowledge Graph coverage and quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with Knowledge Graphs, ontologies, taxonomies, metadata systems, or large structured datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to identify ambiguities, inconsistencies, and incorrect entity attributions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, structured data tools, and content management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high data quality standards.
