We're looking for a Knowledge Engineer to build internal AI use cases that drive real change across the firm.
The role
As a Knowledge Engineer, you'll sit within our Knowledge Management department with a clear focus on building and delivering internal AI use cases agreed by the Transformation board. You'll enjoy hands-on, practical work, moving comfortably between different practice groups and work types, and you'll bring a positive mindset and genuine curiosity about what legal technology can deliver.
What You'll Be Doing
Building AI use cases identified by the Transformation board, taking them from initial requirements through to working, tested versions ready for fee earners to use.
Working closely with nominated fee earners throughout each build — testing and refining draft outputs based on their feedback, and mapping and documenting the prompts, logic, assumptions and decisions underlying each build so they can be explained, reviewed and ported.
Owning multiple workstreams in parallel, keeping the Knowledge Infrastructure and Governance Manager and other stakeholders informed on progress, risks and timelines.
